These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ienoX website and the ienoX MCP server (collectively, the "Service") provided by ienoX ("ienoX", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ienoX provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that connects third-party tools you use as a startup founder — including Stripe, GitHub, Linear, Mercury, PostHog, and Slack — to AI assistants such as Claude and Cursor. The Service is offered as-is and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You may delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or the terms of any connected third-party service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or otherwise harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. The current price and billing interval are shown at checkout.
- You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service relies on third-party services (Stripe, GitHub, Linear, Mercury, PostHog, Slack, Google, Vercel, Neon, and others) that have their own terms and privacy practices. ienoX is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those services. Your connections and credentials with those providers remain governed by their respective terms.
6. Intellectual property
ienoX and its content, branding, and software are owned by ienoX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ienoX a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs from connected AI assistants will be accurate or suitable for any decision you make.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IENOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in the United States of America.
